RSVP for PALS!
Thank you so much for your interest in our program! RSVP while you can, spaces are limited, and we will accept spots on a first come first serve basis.
This program is designed for children 5-12 years old.
Please look over disclaimers and our calendar below to see dates of the event.
Disclaimers:
1. First come, first served (limited space)
2. Child must be currently receiving services with NeuMind
3. Some insurances may not allow for participation (we will verify). Self pay options available.
4. If groups do not end up filling up on time, the group will be cancelled, and you will be notified as soon as possible.
5. Signed Waiver needed in order to participate
