Jasmine Espinosa
Jasmine Espinosa is a Registered Social Work Intern who earned her master's degree in social work and is currently working toward full licensure with NeuMind Wellness Group. She has experience providing individual, couples, and family therapy, supporting clients across a wide range of needs. Jasmine has worked with individuals presenting with a variety of mental health conditions and behavioral concerns, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, adjustment-related challenges, substance use concerns, experiences related to domestic violence, anxiety, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, and oppositional/defiant behaviors.
Her clinical background reflects a strong commitment to meeting clients where they are and tailoring care to each person’s unique circumstances. Jasmine is skilled in implementing a variety of evidence-based clinical interventions within sessions to empower clients and support meaningful progress toward their ideal future selves. She utilizes an integrative and flexible therapeutic approach, drawing from multiple modalities to best meet each client’s evolving needs. As a bilingual clinician fluent in both Spanish and English, she is able to effectively serve diverse populations and foster a safe, inclusive therapeutic environment where clients feel heard, supported, and understood.
