Cara is a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern who is working towards full licensure at NeuMind Wellness Group. She holds a Master's Degree in Social Work from Stockton University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Centenary University.

Cara has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults facing a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, ADHD, suicidal ideation and self-harm behaviors, grief, and trauma. Cara has varied experience in the field of mental health, including case management, support group facilitation, and individual counseling.

Cara aims to empower clients through their work together and strives to create a supportive environment through the use of a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach. Cara utilizes evidence-based modalities in her practice with clients, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy.
